What is the return policy?
We have a 7-day Return and Refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How do I return my order?
You need to submit a return request for your order from your Order account with your registered phone number. If your return request meets our return eligibility of within 7-day return after receiving your item and item are in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, we will approve your return through email. Return pick up for your order is booked by us. Return shipping is free.
Once return order pickup is done, we'll process your refund to your original payment method.
In case of COD orders, you'll need to send a QR code to transfer the refund amount.
How do I cancel my order?
If your order is in Order processing Status which means not shipped, you can cancel from your Order account with your registered phone number. Your order will be automatically canceled and any payments done will be refund to your original payment method with 10 Business days.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Estimated delivery time is 8 to 10 Business days, including order fulfillment time.
How do I track my order?
You can track your orders from your Order account with your registered mobile number. You can find all you order history, order status, shipping status, payment status, cancel/returns, refunds on Orders account page. You'll also be sent notifications on your email id for all updates on your order.
You'll also receive delivery updates from our Delivery partner on your email and WhatsApp.
How much does shipping cost?
We're offering free shipping on all orders both delivery and returns.
What fabric or collection of sarees do you have?
We have these fabric and variety of sarees available - Banarasi, Silk, Designer Party, Organza Silk, Net Material, Georgette, Kota Cotton, Regular Cotton, Casual Wear.

Are any purchases final sale?
Yes all purchase are final sale. you'll receive an order confirmation email on completing your purchase. Products eligible for return can be returned based on Return refund policy eligibility. Products marked as non-returnable will not be eligible for return.

Our products are manufactured both locally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
