Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
Free Shipping
We offer free Standard shipping on all domestic orders for customers across India. Shipping is free for all new orders, return or cancelled orders.
HOW IS MY DELIVERY FULFILLED?
We have partnered with Delivery partners to deliver orders across India. Delivery times are varying from 8 to 10 Business days (it includes order fulfilment time). Notifications are sent to customers with tracking URLs once the order is shipped on email and WhatsApp. Customers can also check on their customer account page on website for shipping delivery updates.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We are operating in domestic orders only.
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
For return/cancelled orders, we will create pickup request through our delivery partners manually. From Customer Account page of website, pickup request creation and scheduling is not enabled. Tracking URLs and scheduled pick-up date will be shared with customers on email and WhatsApp.
Our shipping services are available across India. There could be some exceptions in delivering to few extremely remote areas. Customers will be informed through email, phone or WhatsApp in case of any such exceptions.
Some delays could be expected in delivery in case of some state wise holidays, or restrictions specific to areas due to unexpected events like curfews etc.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery. Customers can cancel/return the order based on our Return Policy eligibility.
