depending on the fabric type, embroidery works and weaving.
f) Rotate sarees regularly to prevent prolonged
folding in the same pattern. Inspect stored sarees periodically for signs of
moisture, insects, or fading.
g) Take appropriate measures to protect against
insects and humidity.

What is the return policy?
We have a 7-day Return and Refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How do I return my order?
You need to submit a return request for your order from your Customer account with your registered email. If your return request meets our return eligibility of within 7-day return after receiving your item and item are in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, we will approve your return through email. Return pick up for your order is booked by us. Return shipping is free.
Once return order pickup is done, we'll process your refund to your original payment method.
If your original payment method is 'Cash on Delivery', you'll need to send your UPI details to transfer the refund amount, or it will be refunded to your store credits.
How do I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel any order before being delivered to you, you can cancel from your Customer account with your registered email. Your order will be approved and cancelled and any payments done will be refund to your original payment method with 10 Business days. If you have selected COD as payment method, no refund issue is required.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Estimated delivery time is 8 to 10 Business days for Kota Cotton collection. For the remaining other sarees it is 5 to 8 Business days. It includes the order fulfillment time.
How do I track my order?
You can track your orders from your Customer account by login with your registered email. You can find all you order history, order status, shipping status, payment status, cancel/returns, refunds on Customer account page.
You'll be sent notifications on your email id for all updates on your order.
You'll receive delivery updates from our Delivery Transport partner on your email and WhatsApp.
How much does shipping cost?
We're offering free shipping on all orders both delivery and returns.
What fabric or collection of sarees do you have?
We have these fabric and variety of sarees available - Banarasi, Silk, Designer Party, Organza Silk, Net Material, Georgette, Kota Cotton, Regular Cotton, Casual Wear.

Are any purchases final sale?
Yes all purchase are final sale, you'll receive an order confirmation email on completing your purchase. Products eligible for return can be returned based on Return refund policy eligibility. Products marked as non-returnable will not be eligible for return.

Our products are manufactured both locally. We carefully select our manufacturing or wholesale partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
